He confidently managed remodeling, staging, and selling my second home. I had five offers in one day and got way more than what I thought! I thought it would require lots of traveling back and forth the entire time but all I needed to do was to see him one time in the beginning because Joe was so DETAILED and TRUSTWORTHY!! Please do not hesitate. He is the best realtor and a great person!!!
