Born and raised in Ventura County, Joe has an intimate knowledge of the local real estate market and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for buyers, sellers, and investors. In addition to his success in real estate sales, Joe co-founded MY HOME Property Management with his wife, Lowren. Together, they created a company that provides personalized and professional property management services for homeowners, reflecting their shared philosophy: “At MY HOME, we treat your home like it’s our home.” Joe’s meticulous attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and client-first approach ensure every homeowner and tenant receives the highest level of care.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending quality time with Lowren and their daughter, Emrie. He loves traveling, cherishing family adventures, and giving back through volunteering at their church.
